To enjoy all 3 wonderful applications of Celcom's GPRS, your phone must be configured to all 3 settings. MMS, WAP and Internet settings. Attempt them one at a time.

If you have further difficulties, please call Celcom Careline at 1300 111 000 or short code 1111 (only accessible for 013, 019 & 0148).

Step1:

To configure WAP access (to do first before other settings)

Click on MENU
Select Connectivity (menu 12)
Select GPRS
- Select GPRS modem settings
Select Active access point. Activate Access point 1
Select Edit active access point.
- Select Alias for access point . Click Rename. At new alias, type Celcom GPRS. Click OK.
- Select GPRS access point. Click Edit. At Access point, type wap.celcom.net.my. Click OK.
- Click Back twice to go back to main menu.

Step2:

To start a WAP connection

Click on MENU
Select Services (menu 13)
Select Settings
Select Active service settings . Activate Set
Select Edit active service settings
- Select Setting's name. At Setting's name, type Celcom WAP . Click OK
- Select Homepage. At Homepage, type http://wap.celcom.net.my . Click OK
- Select Session mode. Choose temporary
- Select Connection Security. Choose Off
- Select Data bearer. Choose GPRS
  - APN GPRS
    Postpaid - Type wap.celcom.net.my . Click OK
    Prepaid - Type celcom . Click OK
- Select IP Address . At IP address, type 10.128.1.242.
- Click OK.
  - < Ignore all other submenu settings ? authentication type = normal, login type = automatic, user name, password>
  - Click Back twice to go back
- Select Home. You will get " Connection via GPRS ". And a " G " symbol will appear on left top corner. Once connected, you can start browsing Celcom WAP
- To browse other pages, select Go to address and type in any wap address
  - E.g: wap.yahoo.com

Step3:

To check software version press *#0000#
