To enjoy all 3 wonderful applications of Celcom's GPRS, your phone must be configured to all 3 settings. MMS, WAP and Internet settings. Attempt them one at a time.

1300 111 000 or short code 1111 (only accessible for 013,019 & 0148).

Step1:

Main Menu (Home) > Select Telephone Icon (on the left hand side)

Select Network > tap ICON1 > select Delete All
Delete All > press YES
Tap ICON2
Profile name : celcom WAP GPRS (for Postpaid) or Celcom Prep GPRS (for Prepaid)
APN : wap.celcom.net.my (for Postpaid) or Celcom (for Prepaid)
Press OK
Other parameters <leave blank>

Go back to Main Menu > Select Browser

Select ICON1 > select Browser Profile Setting > select Clear All
Delete All > press YES
Tap ICON2
Profile Name : celcom WAP GPRS (for Postpaid) or celcom Prep GPRS (for Prepaid)
Primary IP : 010.128.001.242
Port : 9201
Secondary IP : 0.0.0.0
Port : 0
Homepage : wap.celcom.net.my
Network Link : Choose Celcom WAP GPRS (for Postpaid) or Celcom Prep GPRS?(for Prepaid)
Press Done

Stored: Celcom > Press OK
